What this covers
These terms apply to meridiantradingsystems.com. They do not grant you a licence to the Meridian software, because the software is not distributed here. If Meridian is ever offered as a product, it will have its own separate agreement that you would have to accept, and that agreement would govern it rather than this page.

The Meridian name, the wordmark, the logo, the written content and the design of this site belong to Meridian Trading Systems. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License and remain the property of their authors.
No warranty
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Meridian Trading Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or trading losses, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it. Some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions, and where that is the case they do not apply to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
